Miami Sets A Voting Futility Record

Members of the Olympia Building Partnership Ltd. still have more waiting to do, as Miami City Manager Johnny Martinez last week put them on hold for another month, setting a record for inaction on a city resolution, according to the City Clerk’s Office.
