Florida Freight Advisory Committee adds to team

Richard Dubin, longtime Miami River Marine Group member and past president, has been named to the Florida Freight Advisory Committee, according to Mark Bailey, executive director of Miami River Marine Group, a not-for-profit trade association. The group advanced the application for Mr. Dubin, a member of the group’s board of directors.
The Florida Department of Transportation’s Florida Freight Advisory Committee will work in cooperation with department to advise the state’s multimodal freight planning and enhance and improve intermodal connectivity.
Founded in 1988, Miami River Marine Group is an alliance of shipping terminals, ocean cargo carriers, boatyards, marinas, construction companies, tugboat operators, marine-related businesses, suppliers, professionals, individuals and area businesses supporting the Miami River.
