Frost Science Museum back in line for county funding

The Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science has been released from its 2017 pledge not to seek financial aid from Miami-Dade County until the county has fully paid off $45 million in bonds it issued to help when the museum was caught in a construction cash bind.
