Josh Bank: CBRE managing director calls Miami a top-25 global city
Josh Bank’s 15th year working in commercial real estate has included many new developments, the most recent of which being his promotion in June to managing director of CBRE Miami.
As market leader for the largest commercial real estate services company in the world – as well as the top commercial real estate brokerage in South Florida, where CBRE’s sales and leases last year exceeded $13 billion – his responsibilities are as varied as his outlook for the region is positive, even in light of impacts from the coronavirus pandemic.
“We believe in Miami as a top-25 global city, and personally and as an organization, we believe in its continued growth across the board,” he said. “We’re pretty bullish about our long-term prospects here. There’s a lot of runway to grow our business significantly in this city.”
Mr. Bank spoke by phone with reporter Jesse Scheckner.
