Plans for a water park in Miami-Dade are drenched with environmental concerns. The $60 million Miami Wilds theme park plan for South Dade remains on the table despite criticisms.
“We are in the process of finalizing the lease with Miami-Dade County,” said Paul Lambert, managing principal at Lambert Advisory. “As soon as we get that, if there are no outstanding issues, we can come to an agreement on the lease at that stage, at which time the county can start processing it through the board of county commissioners approval.”…To read the full story click here
