Condos To Rise In Beachs Hottest Area

The newest development in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood yet to start construction has garnered a great deal of interest from buyers keen to snap up property in the exclusive area.

321 Ocean, at Ocean Avenue and Third Street, has received a greater demand than units available, said Veronica Cervera of Cervera Real Estate.
