Triple Five Group’s American Dream Mall delays Miami plans

The American Dream Mall, an ambitious entertainment and retail complex targeted to rise in Northwest Miami-Dade, has been pushed one year further behind schedule and is now expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
Canadian developer Triple Five Group is currently working on a new design that would include a mix of roughly 70% entertainment and 30% retail space, according to Miguel Diaz de la Portilla, land-use attorney at law firm Gunster who is representing the company.
