Miami juggles capital budget, adding $4.2 million

Miami commissioners have adjusted the city’s Capital Improvement Projects budget, adding more than $4.2 million, which means more money for streets, sidewalks, and bathrooms for the homeless, and helps cover a major land purchase for a new fire station downtown.
