Miami Beach debates how many mini-space dwellings to allow

Co-living units are bringing density to North Beach, but exactly how much density is welcome is still up for debate by Miami Beach city commissioners.
Co-living units are meant to attract millennials and seniors to North Beach. City officials define such units as residential spaces ranging from 375 to 550 square feet. Co-living buildings tend to offer several amenities all included in one monthly payment, such as cable TV, communal kitchens, gym, laundry service, pool, sauna and WiFi.
