Celebrity chef gets incentive to open in former pool hall

A unanimous vote Monday by directors of the Overtown/Park West Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) paves the way for celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson to open a supper club in the former Clyde Killens pool hall at 920 NW Second Ave.
