Brickell condo market strength predicted

Brickell’s booming condo market is expected to remain strong in 2023 as the urban mecca continues to attract new residents.

Pending condo sales in Brickell decreased during the last quarter of 2022, but an increase in January indicates improved market activity. “Easing interest rates and returning foreign buyers are likely to result in continued positive appreciation of average sold prices,” Joseph Biscaha, a Miami-based realtor with Compass Real Estate, told Miami Today.
