Beach turns to voters for advice on alcohol sale hours

Miami Beach voters will get an advisory say in whether a citywide alcohol consumption and sales cutoff should change from 5 a.m. to 2 a.m. at bars, nightclubs and restaurants.
Commissioners last week agreed to place a straw question on the Nov. 2 ballot asking if voters prefer to change the cutoff to 2 a.m.
