40 neighbors suing US over Ludlam Trail land

Two more Miami plaintiffs are suing for federal compensation for land taken for the Ludlam Trail, a multimillion-dollar linear park project years in the making but still stalled at the starting line.
The new parties joined nearly 40 others in claiming rights over land abutting the 6.2-mile vacant Florida East Coast (FEC) Railway corridor, which is being converted into greenspace with bicycle and walking paths between Dadeland and Miami International Airport.
