Fan Festival makes Bayfront Park a World Cup gathering space
During the FIFA World Cup 2026, the FIFA Fan Festival Miami has transformed more than 436,000 square feet of Bayfront Park into a global gathering place.
Described as a second stadium experience, up to 30,000 fans per day are expected to watch matches on giant digital screens, while a 10,000-capacity amphitheater stage will host live performances, cultural showcases, and unique programming between games.
“The FIFA Fan Festival Miami is filled with the passion, energy, and pride that define our community,” said Daniella Levine Cava, Miami-Dade County’s mayor. “From the roar of the crowd to the rhythms of our neighborhoods, this is fútbol in Miami – bold, vibrant, and unlike anywhere else.”
Fans can engage with the game through interactive experiences, community-led programming, and live entertainment that reflect the diversity, rhythm, and energy of Miami’s neighborhoods. From music and movement to storytelling and shared celebration, the festival is designed to create connections across cultures, generations, and communities.
Through a large-scale interactive installation, fans can contribute their image and message to a growing visual collage – a collective expression of global fandom that will live on beyond the tournament as a symbol of connection, participation, and shared experience.

“Miami is ready to welcome the world. The FIFA Fan Festival Miami has transformed Bayfront Park into a joyful waterfront gathering place where families, neighbors, and visitors can come together to celebrate the beautiful game and the spirit that makes our city so special,” said Eileen Higgins. Miami’s mayor. “I am proud of the entire City of Miami team, who are ready to help ensure that the millions of people visiting our unique city have a spectacular and safe experience.”
The festival experience also comes to life through “One Game. One Passion,” which is Miami’s official host city brand campaign created to welcome the world and celebrate the shared emotion that connects fans across cultures, communities, and generations. The campaign reinforces the city’s role as a place where the world comes together through football.
Comfort features, shaded areas, hydration access, and cooling elements are also integrated throughout the venue to support a welcoming and accessible environment for fans and families during the summer season.
“The FIFA Fan Festival Miami is bringing the energy and spirit of the World Cup directly into the heart of our city,” said Rodney Barreto, co-chair of the FIFA World Cup 2026 Miami Host Committee. “For 23 days, Bayfront Park will become a global gathering place.”
