Florida’s removal of $200 million from its current budget to fund the planned Coastal Link rail service in Miami-Dade is reverberating to other spending as the county discusses a slowdown in work on railway intersections with streets to facilitate the planned line.

Then South Florida should also suspend those toll paying fast lanes in all the highways.
