County again examining reuse of its incinerator ash – if any

Miami-Dade is looking back to an old gameplan to safely reuse the ash that its incinerator produces – if indeed it replaces Doral’s incinerator that burned and closed more than two years ago. If so, that plan would let the county sell a waste byproduct that it now pays to bury.
