Chief judge appoints an interim county clerk after Harvey Ruvin’s death

Luis G. Montaldo has been appointed Interim Miami-Dade Clerk of the Courts following the death Dec. 31 of longtime Clerk Harvey Ruvin.
Mr. Montaldo, 49, previously General Counsel for the Clerk of the Courts, was appointed by Nushin G. Sayfie, Chief Judge of the 11th Judicial Court.
