Big-name acts touted for planned Miami Beach music festival

Big-name concert and event promoters are seeking endorsement from the City of Miami Beach to host a spring music festival that promises to attract A-list musicians in a weekend-long event, if they can prove corporate responsibility in case of leadership succession.

The presentation of a Miami Beach Music Festival, a proposed concert event previously submitted to the city commission under the name of North Sea South Beach Music Festival in February 2020, is pushing up again, after the organizer backed down at the start of the pandemic.
