River Landing luring raft of restaurants

With the addition of Tanuki Pan-Asian restaurant, set open at the end of the year, River Landing Shops & Residences has leased over 81% of its commercial space. This month T.J. Maxx is to open, and food chain restaurants Chick-Fil-A and Lime Fresh Mexican Grill are to call the lifestyle center home as early as spring.
The mixed-use development at 1500 NW North River Dr. consists of 346,000 square feet of retail/commercial space, 135,000 square feet of offices and 528 market-rate apartments.
