Traffic improvements need to go far beyond crosswalks and the metro mover which will be of limited use for this project. Users of this project will drive.

Brickell Bay Drive needs to be redone.
    1) Street is too narrow now and dangerous. Street parking should be eliminated and 1 bike lane installed.
    2) At least two round-abouts need to be installed on Brickell Bay Drive at 12th Street and 12th Terrace. One had been promised as part of Panorama development but that never happened.
    3) 8th Street cannot accommodate the existing traffic coming and going from Brickell Bay now so this will be even worse along with the Swire projects. Close valets on either side (Komodo) which make traffic worse and shorten light time to discourage traffic turning left on 8th from Brickell Bay Drive.
    4) Make Brickell Bay Drive 1 way South bound between 14th Street stop sign and end of 15th street. Add bike lane and beautification / expanded side-walk along water
