Much-needed affordable housing is proposed for a development in the Little River neighborhood of Miami.
Developer NE 2ND LR LLC plans to build Little River, a U-shaped 22-story building with about 350 dwellings, ground floor retail and related amenities, at 7501 NE Second Ave.
