Louis Wolfson III Provides Affordable Housing Alternatives Via Pinnacle Housing As Part Of Long Entrepreneurial Career

Written by on June 20, 2013

Louis Wolfson III is a fourth-generation Floridian with an ambitious and generous entrepreneurial spirit.

As partner of Pinnacle Housing Group, Mr. Wolfson is making major strides to improve the lives and lifestyles of many people in Miami, who he believes deserve to live the American dream, by providing them with truly affordable alternatives to housing in one of the least affordable cities in the US.

His vision for affordable housing knows no boundaries, having recently set his eyes on new horizons for future affordable housing developments outside Florida.

Mr. Wolfson’s philosophy of always giving back to the community reflects in his role as chair of the Miami Jewish Health Systems, where his principal goal is to breathe new life into its facilities.

As a true Floridian, he enjoys his time off close to the water and has a passion for the environment, having funded the roseate spoonbill research for the Audubon Society for the Everglades.
