Day of the Young Child

Miami Dade College’s Homestead Campus in partnership with MDC’s School of Education hosts its 15th annual day of the young child. Children and families can participate in numerous interactive early childhood educational activities with a focus on the mental, physical and emotional development of children from birth to 8 years of age. Health and vision screenings and other educational, health and nutritional resources will be available. 11 a.m.-3 p.m. MDC’s Homestead Campus, Central Lawn, 500 College Terrace, Homestead.
