Miami-Dade lawmakers want an updated catalog of county-owned sites ripe for public-private development, as well a list of companies to that failed to honor their public-private deals at such sites.
Eighteen months after setting in law solicitation, review and award processes for public-private partnership (P3) proposals, commissioners have ordered Mayor Carlos Giménez’s office to see what progress has been made – and what more can be done.
