Virus slows financial program with a head start for college

As the COVID-19 coronavirus is disrupting countless daily routines for millions around the globe, it has now impacted a brand new financial aid program designed to give Miami children an advantage by helping to pay for postsecondary education.
This week the fledgling program’s leaders were scheduled to launch the next serious wave of enrollment into the Children’s Savings Account, or CSA, program.
