Transit corridor plans, still vague, termed vital for county

In last week’s 2018 transportation summit one message echoed loud and clear: Miami-Dade and its Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) must get the Strategic Miami Area Rapid Transit (SMART) plan into action to keep up with constant population growth.
