Traffic is so bad that US 1 acts as east-west wall, state find

In what might be the least surprising survey result in South Florida history, a two-month query of residents’ opinions of US 1 deduced that respondents consider traffic congestion the corridor’s biggest problem.
They said pedestrian, bicycle and vehicular safety was their second-biggest concern, followed by access to transit and development along the roadway.
