To battle pandemic’s hit, filming incentive funds easier to get

Getting a tax break for shooting movies, TV and other video entertainment in Miami-Dade during the pandemic may have just gotten a little easier.
County commissioners last week made a slight adjustment to the Miami-Dade TV, Film and Entertainment Production Incentive Program’s hiring requirements to better reflect higher costs and smaller cast and crew sizes due to Covid-19.
