Three resilience hubs on the way to handle extreme events

Three multi-purpose “resilience hubs” will soon be coming to Miami-Dade courtesy of the the Adrienne Arsht-Rockefeller Foundation Resilience Center at the Atlantic Council, which received $1.1 million from the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity’s Rebuild Florida grant for the project.
The grant, a press release said, will allow the foundation to “scale a strategy to design and network Resilience Hubs to create an interconnected system of community-serving facilities.
