Super Bowl marina’s environmental OKs awaited

Though plans and permits for a temporary marina planned in conjunction with the Super Bowl LIV festivities are still being hashed out, all is on track to have it operating across from Bayfront Park well before game time.
The Miami Super Bowl Host Committee is waiting on permits from environmental agencies at the federal, state and county levels of government, said Glen Larson, the owner of Dock and Marine Construction. He said the marina will also need a permit from the city.
