Starwood Capital CEO’s office project wins an OK in Miami Beach

The Miami Beach Planning Board has approved a six-story, mixed-use building with “iconic” Class A office space at 2318, 2322 and 2340 Collins Ave. It’s replacing a parking lot and an Avis Rent-A-Car facility, though Avis will move into the ground floor as a tenant on the northeast corner of the building.
