Review OKs 38-story mixed-use tower packed with micro units

In an area seeing new residential towers rise on nearly every block, a developer is proposing a 38-story mixed-use building with micro-sized apartments, office space and ground floor retail.
The project, 14th Street Tower, is planned by 14th Street Development LLC on property at 1441 N Miami Ave. Miami’s Urban Development Review Board has recommended approval, with a few recommendations.
