Puerto Rican hub, county land swap with Mana revving up

A land swap and construction deal between developer Moishe Mana and Miami-Dade County, as well as a 15-year plan for a Puerto Rican Community Center and Chamber of Commerce, could again gain traction after several false starts.
County lawmakers Dec. 3 will consider a resolution, sponsored by Chairwoman Audrey Edmonson, to amend a deal with Mana’s Mapton Holdings LLC and Mana Fashion Realty that adjusts the size of a planned building in Wynwood.
