Miami-Dade lawmakers should have a clearer idea of how best to develop three sizable parcels in Gladeview by February, after which the focus will tighten to comport with the wishes of neighbors and their district commissioner.
County staff is finalizing a draft request for proposals (RFP) for the land, said Clarence Brown, division director for community development for the Public Housing and Community Development Department.
