Plans in works could swell Miami hotel room count 25%

Miami-Dade has so many hotel rooms planned or in construction that if all were built they would equal 25% of today’s inventory.
Now in the pipeline are 13,489 hotel rooms, figures from national research firm STR show. The county now offers 55,221 hotel rooms each night to visitors. Planned hotels would bring the total to 68,710 rooms…To read the full story click here
