Plan targets in-county urban air mobility by 2026

Miami-Dade is about to have a group planning an urban air mobility system to mitigate county traffic congestion by 2026.
A resolution by Commissioner Oliver G. Gilbert, III, unanimously adopted at a committee meeting this week, directs the mayor to create the group to consider this type of transportation for emergency services, traffic monitoring and management, public safety, and passenger and cargo transport.
