North Miami set to seek architectural proposals for 16-block Chinatown

The City of North Miami, which completed its conceptual design master plan for its Chinatown Cultural Arts & Innovation District in September, is one step closer to beginning construction after the city’s Community Redevelopment Agency approved the city’s master plan last month, according to City Manager Larry Spring Jr.
“The CRA adopted the master plan on Nov. 14, 2017,” Mr. Spring said. “As development moves forward in the designated area, the city will advance roadwork and all infrastructure work consistently with the master plan design.”…To read the full story click here
