Multi-party deal Advances Puerto Rican Chamber site

The impacts of Covid-19 have yet to slow a land swap and construction deal between developer Moishe Mana, Miami-Dade County and the City of Miami for a Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce and Community Center, according to those involved.
Mr. Mana’s team this month expects to submit responses to comments the city and county sent in March on the $8.36 million project, said Dylan Finger, advisor to Mr. Mana and former managing director of Mana Miami.
