Miami defers plan to rebuild historic Prescott Mansion

A plan to rebuild the Prescott Mansion on waterfront property in the Upper East Side is on hold for now with City of Miami officials encouraging the developer to work with the homeowner’s association.

Minor Street LLP has applied for a special certificate of appropriateness to permit the redevelopment of two vacant lots, with the following: subdivision into six lots, reconstruction of the Prescott Mansion with new rear addition, new construction of five single-family residential properties, and site improvements, at 7101 NE 10th Ave. and 1000 NE 72nd St.
