Miami-Dade may rearrange 19 targeted urban areas

Florida International University’s Metropolitan Center, on behalf of the Miami-Dade Economic Advocacy Trust, is recommending to the county a $32,750 study of the county’s 19 targeted urban areas and a subsequent boundaries modification plan.
