Miami-Dade County gets cut of two large settlements with global banks

Miami-Dade commissioners on Tuesday approved resolutions retroactively authorizing Mayor Carlos Giménez’s office to participate and accept the county’s portion of two large-scale settlement agreements totaling $621.85 million.
