Miami buys for city pools

Increased use at City of Miami swimming pools is boosting expenditures to stock them with the safety equipment. City commissioners authorized $25,000 more for a total of up to $75,000 to buy lifeguard equipment and aquatic center supplies from Water Safety Products, E-Lifeguard and The Lifeguard Store, piggybacking on a competitively bid Brevard County contract.
