Miami Beach streetscaping OK’d with nod to ethos of Royal Palms

A $15 million streetscaping to revamp Miami Beach’s 41st Street passed a benchmark last week as city commissioners approved the conceptual design – with a caveat.
The concept for the project, funded by city general obligation bonds, was developed by engineering firm Aecom and aims to increase walkability and multi-modal transportation on 41st Street and connecting side streets.
