Lanes to be closed for highway construction

There are planned lane closures for the I-395/SR I-95 Design-Build Project.

On Monday, Jan. 28 and Tuesday, Jan. 29, three inside lanes on southbound I-95 from Northwest 29th to 17th streets will be closed nightly. Two lanes will be closed between 9 p.m. and 5:30 a.m., and the third lane will be closed between 10 p.m. and 5:30 a.m.

On Jan. 30, three inside lanes on northbound I-95 from Northwest 17th to 29th streets will be closed nightly. Two lanes will be closed between 9 p.m. and 5:30 a.m., and the third lane will be closed between 10 p.m. and 5:30 a.m.

On Jan. 31, two outside lanes on northbound I-95 and three inside lanes on southbound I-95 will be closed from Northwest 17th to 29th streets between 9 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. The third lane will be closed at 10 p.m.

On Feb. 1, three outside lanes on southbound I-95 and three inside lanes on northbound I-95 from Northwest 29th to 17th streets will be closed between 11 p.m. and 11 a.m.

For  SR 836 eastbound, for Jan. 28 through 31, one inside lane on eastbound SR 836 from Northwest 19th to 17th avenues will be closed between 10 p.m. and 5:30 a.m.

The lane closures will allow the contractor to perform roadway survey and soil boring operations.
