It’s a seller’s market for homes but buyer’s market for condos

Miami’s residential real estate market is going in two directions at once: it has become a seller’s market for single-family homes but a buyer’s market for condos, according to the Miami Association of Realtors.
Total single-family homes listed for sale slid 6.3% to a six-month supply at current sales volume, which indicates a seller’s market, the association said in a market analysis last week. But meanwhile, condominiums being listed for resale by their owners have a 13.2-month supply at today’s sales volume, which indicates a buyer’s market.
