Investment management firm will employ 150 in Wynwood

A global investment management firm has committed to creating 150 high-paying jobs at a new Wynwood building. In exchange for the jobs and capital spending, Miami-Dade agreed last week to give the unnamed company $80,150 in incentives.

“Confidential Project Ready,” as it’s referred to in a Beacon Council recommendation, said it will create the full-time-equivalent jobs over three years. “Ready’s” application for county Targeted Job Incentive Fund Program dollars shows that the company plans to hire 15 new employees this year, 35 in 2022, 50 in 2023 and another 50 in 2024.
