Home, condo resales taking longer, latest Miami-Dade data reveal

It’s now taking far longer to resell homes and condos in Miami-Dade County, new figures from the Miami Association of Realtors and the Multiple Listing Service system show.

The median number of days between listing and contract dates for Miami single-family home sales was 54 days in November, up 14.9% from 47 days last year. The median number of days between the listing date and closing date for single-family homes was 96 days, a 4.3% rise from 92 days.
