Express buses, trolleys due at Dolphin Station by summer

Express bus and trolley services have yet to start at the Dolphin Station Park and Ride Transit Facility as the Miami-Dade Expressway Authority is rushing to complete work on routes. Service is expected to launch by summer of 2019 the latest, the authority said.
The purpose of the Dolphin Station Park and Ride Transit Facility is to entice locals near the site and commuters to locations near the hub, such as Doral and Sweetwater, to swap their car for public transit. Services are meant to highlight the benefits of taking a bus, including MDX express buses that will speed past stalling traffic during peak hours.
