Enthusiastic financial firms coming to Miami Beach earn incentives for jobs

Miami Beach’s incentive to diversify the city’s economy with grants of up to $60,000 a year to businesses that are willing to relocate there has brought firms that cite their young employers’ enthusiasm as one of the main reasons they made their choice.
Investment management firm GMF Capital and investment adviser Melvin Capital have provided the City of Miami Beach with lease agreements and will be occupying a building at 1674 Meridian Ave., a recently added Class A office space property. Both companies cited the city as an ideal place to relocate because of the growth a young population.
