Dying university campus has a buyer when school closes

A buyer has been chosen for Johnson & Wales University’s roughly 25-acre North Miami campus, and the deal is to officially close when the school vacates the land, which is anticipated to be in May.
The sale price, said David Wigoda, senior vice president with CBRE via email, cannot yet be disclosed, but “the seller was very happy with the sales price and terms.”
